Waste-age of Power from Cell Phones



For the young, cell phones are an indispensable part of their lives with which they communicate, learn, plan  organize and do much more. However, little though goes into the way those cell phones charged.

Often, over –charging the phones, i.e.,
keeping it plugged even after battery is full leads to wastage of electricity . Also, people sometimes forget to switch off the charger after unplugging the phone. With 584 million mobile connection in India, one can only imagine the extent of power wastage. While most phones have a visual reminder to alert the user the battery is full, cell phones manufactures as well.
